Andrew Cichocki has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Andrew is currently working as a Software Engineer at Achievers, where they are involved in the development of a B2B web app called Feedback. Prior to this, they worked at Copper as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of their B2B SPA CRM product with a user base of 10,000. Andrew also has experience as a Software Developer at BuzzBuzzHome, where they worked on the development of their B2B SPA inventory management and point of sale product called Daypack. Andrew was responsible for leading the development of various features and API integrations, as well as mentoring junior developers and writing requirements documents. Additionally, they refactored the login system and rewrote the application from scratch to improve performance and reliability. Before BuzzBuzzHome, Andrew worked as a Web Developer at Keyhole and as a Software Developer at Peek: The Best Mobile Video, where they contributed to the development of their B2C iOS app called Peek by leading the development of key features and APIs.

Andrew Cichocki completed their Ontario Secondary School Diploma at Brebeuf College School from 2006 to 2010. Andrew then pursued an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis from Seneca College, during the period of 2010 to 2011. Finally, Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Governance from Ryerson University, where they attended from 2012 to 2015.
