Gokula Krishnan

Gokula Krishnan has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of software development. Gokula started their career at National Post, Inc. in 2015, where they worked as a Wordpress Developer, specializing in PHP and Wordpress development and ensuring the quality of code through manual testing. In 2016, they joined Publicis as a PHP Web Developer, focusing on building a modern section for OLG corporate using PHP, Wordpress, and Javascript. Later in 2016, they worked at wonderMakr as a PHP Developer, where they contracted with WonderMakr to build a solution for the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs, utilizing their expertise in PHP, Javascript, Sass, and REST API. In the same year, they joined Evoke Solutions as a Full-stack Developer, developing web solutions and utilizing their skills in Wordpress and React. Finally, in 2017, they joined Achievers as a Software Engineer, and later became a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in frontend development using the React-Redux framework.

Gokula Krishnan completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anna University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology at Centennial College from 2013 to 2014, focusing on Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained several certifications on topics such as Scrum Master, REST APIs, Web Security, RESTful APIs, migrating from REST to GraphQL, and Software Architecture, with completion dates ranging from 2020 to 2021.
