Mahyar Mostowfi

Mahyar Mostowfi has a strong background in software engineering and development. Mahyar is currently working at Achievers as a Senior Staff Software Engineer, starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Achievers from July 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Achievers, Mahyar was employed at Achiga as a Lead Software Developer from January 2016 to July 2018.

Their earliest experience dates back to 2005 when they founded AvaAfzar Co. and served as the Co-Founder until September 2015. During their time at AvaAfzar Co., they held several roles including Senior Java Developer and Senior PHP Developer. Mahyar worked on various projects such as the IcarusPlus CMS, Utility Billing System, Web-based VOIP client, Liferay Portal Customization, Conference Paper Submissions System, and Office automation system.

Notably, they led a team in developing an Electronic Medical Record System for hospitals and medical research centers in the city of Shiraz. Mahyar also led the development of an online bookstore management system for Fars Province Medical University, which achieved significant sales success. Additionally, they created an online charity payment service for two hospitals.

Mahyar Mostowfi has demonstrated their expertise and skills in software development and project management throughout their career.

Mahyar Mostowfi pursued their education in the field of Computer Software Engineering. From 1999 to 2004, they attended Shiraz Azad University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Later, they further expanded their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Technology and Management from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic. This program took place from 2005 to 2007.
