Laurie Tripp Heacock

Laurie Tripp Heacock is an accomplished Leadership and Data Coach with extensive experience in higher education data management and analytics, serving at Achieving the Dream, Inc. since February 2010. Key contributions include guiding institutions in data capacity-building, conducting comprehensive analyses to enhance student outcomes, and fostering a culture of inquiry. Previously, Laurie held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Data, Technology and Analytics and National Director of Data, Technology and Analytics at Achieving the Dream, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of coaches, supporting nearly 200 network colleges, and engaging corporate partners. Additional experience includes roles at Broward College and Anne Arundel Community College, as well as participation in the Aspen Institute’s Data/Metrics Advisory Panel. Laurie holds a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has contributed to national initiatives aimed at improving educational equity through data utilization.
