Linda Watkins

Linda Watkins is an experienced educational leader and consultant with a diverse background in teaching and administration. Currently serving as a Caring Campus Coach at the Institute for Evidence Based Change since March 2023, Linda also holds a coaching position with Texas Pathways at the Texas Association of Community Colleges. Linda has been an educational consultant and leadership coach with Achieving the Dream since 2007. Previous roles include serving as President of San Jacinto College from 2001 to 2007 and Dean at Tyler Junior College from 1992 to 2001. Linda holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Languages from The University of Texas at Arlington.
