Donna Milofsky

Donna Milofsky, PCC, CPCC, serves as an Executive Leadership Coach and Co-Managing Partner at Volare Leadership International, LLC, since 2014, specializing in transformational leadership and team coaching. Milofsky is also a Core Facilitator and Executive Coach with Chief and has held various coaching roles with organizations such as The Firefly Group (UK), Orbis Inc, and BetterManager. Additionally, Milofsky contributes to the International Coach Federation as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and has served on the Board of Directors for the New England chapter. With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, Milofsky has extensive experience in organizational development, emerging leader programs, and youth leadership initiatives through Volare Youth Leadership. Educational credentials include certifications in various coaching methodologies and assessments.
