As CEO, Paul’s focus is to ensure that Achilles partners with customers to deliver the value and insights they expect to help them to achieve their goals.  That means ensuring that buyers and suppliers alike have every opportunity to benefit from strong, open, and transparent relationships to help them to minimise risk, improve compliance, deliver insights, and maximise the value of working together.   Building on Achilles’ 30 years of experience, Paul’s goal is to maintain and grow the firm as the global leader in ESG and supply chain risk and performance management.

Paul’s career background is in leading global technology and data analytics businesses across different sectors undergoing digitisation.  He has led businesses across more than ninety countries in a variety of sectors including banking, payments, fraud risk mitigation, maritime, and oil and gas.  He has worked with many leading private equity companies and developed businesses that have been sold to trade or floated on public markets.  He was the founder and CEO of Moneybox plc, SVP and Managing Director of First Data International, and CEO of Retail Decisions Inc and Global Navigation Solutions Ltd.  Paul believes in supporting his colleagues to reach their full potential and helping them to deliver outstanding value to customers within a vibrant and energetic culture.  He seeks to harness the value of data and continually improve businesses through investments in training and incremental innovation.
