Tom Robinson has a diverse range of work experience. Tom began their career as a Graduate Trainee in Business Strategy at Achilles Information Ltd in 2010. Tom then took on various roles within the company, including Executive Assistant to the CEO and Operations Team Community Coordinator. In 2013, Tom became the UK & Ireland Operations Manager, a position they held until 2016. Tom then served as the Operations Manager for the UK Audit Scheduling & Subscription Renewals Team. From 2017 to 2018, Tom was the Head of Global Customer Success at Achilles, where they established and led the organization's first-ever Global Customer Success Team. Tom later became the Head of UK & Ireland Customer Engagement, responsible for managing post-sales activities and improving customer service. Tom's most recent role at Achilles is as Global Customer Transition Director, overseeing the transition of clients and their data onto a new global IT platform. Prior to their time at Achilles, Tom worked as a Chalet Host for Le Ski - The Chalet Specialists.
Tom Robinson attended Carres Grammar School from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained their GCSEs, including Mathematics, English, and French. From 2004 to 2006, they attended Sleaford Joint Sixth Form, where they obtained their A-Levels in Economics & Business Studies, English Language, and Religious Studies. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, Tom attended the University of Birmingham, where they earned a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Business Management.
