Cathy Kilgore

Cathy Kilgore is an experienced HR professional and consultant currently working with Achilles Group since February 2019, specializing in delivering human resources expertise in a cost-effective manner. Prior to this role, Cathy owned Family Farm Health Food Store, a wellness center that offered a range of holistic therapies from August 2000 to December 2018. Additionally, Cathy served as Vice President of Human Resources at CEVA Logistics from May 2007 to October 2011, leading HR initiatives for a large workforce across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes a position as VP of Compensation & Benefits at Foley's Department Stores from March 1999 to January 2007. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from the University of North Texas and has education from Dallas College Mountain View Campus.
