David Richert

David Richert has a diverse work experience in the investment management sector. David started their career at delta lloyd levesverzekering nv in 1996 as an account manager for product development. David then moved on to delta lloyd asset management, where they worked as an investment controller and later as an account manager for institutional clients. After that, they joined Cordares Asset Management Amsterdam as a senior account manager for institutional investors. In 2009, they joined Mercer Investments as a principal investment consultant, where they served as a lead consultant to pension funds and investment committees. Currently, they hold the position of Account Chief Investment Officer at Achmea Investment Management, a role that they have held since 2016.

David Richert has a diverse education history. David began their academic journey in 1982 at rsg Simon Vestdijk, where they completed their secondary education. From 1989 to 1996, they attended the University of Groningen, where they pursued a degree in bedrijfseconomie (business economics) and obtained a drs (doctorandus) degree. Continuing their educational pursuits, from 1998 to 2001, they attended IBO Zeist VBA Opleiding, focusing on register beleggingsanalist (register investment analyst) and earning an RBA (register beleggingsanalist) degree. In 2023, David Richert obtained a certification in Applied Responsible Investment from the PRI Academy.
