Sandra van der Poel Mre

Sandra Van Der Poel MRE has over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as an asset manager for residential investments at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance since September 2000. In this role, Sandra is responsible for the performance of a client portfolio and contributes to operational and sales policies by managing tactical elements related to the portfolio and coordinating with property management organizations and external advisors. Previously, from 1990 to 2000, Sandra worked at Zomerhof Muys Beheer/Dynamis ABC, holding positions in rental management, where responsibilities included leading the complete rental process and handling administrative tasks. Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from TIAS School for Business and Society and a certificate from the Nederlandse Opleiding voor Vastgoedmanagement (NOVAM).
