Daphne Mul - van den Heuvel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business control and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Controller at Achmea since June 2023, Daphne previously held the position of Director of Finance and Operations at de Smaakspecialist for nearly seven years, overseeing critical teams and implementing new ERP systems. Prior to that, Daphne garnered substantial expertise at Van Lanschot Bankiers, progressing through various roles including Manager of Financial Reporting and Team Leader of Management Accounting & Control, where responsibilities included financial analysis, regulatory reporting, and budget coordination. Daphne began their career at Rabobank as an Assistant Accountant after earning a Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance & Accounting from Maastricht University, complemented by a brief study at Université libre de Bruxelles.
