Ariella Amar

Ariella Amar is an established lecturer with extensive experience in academia and cultural research, currently serving as a lecturer at The Schechter Institutes and Achva Academic College since 2020 and 2017 respectively. With a specialization in Visual Cultures, Israeli Art, and Folklore, Ariella has held various curatorial and research positions, including roles at the Israel Government Tourist Corporation and The Jewish Museum, focusing on Judaica and cultural heritage. Additionally, Ariella contributed to the development of academic programs related to visual literacy in art across Jewish, Christian, and Islamic traditions. Holding a Master's degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ariella brings valuable expertise in art history, Jewish thought, and folklore to their teaching and curatorial endeavors.
