Md Riyaz is currently an Executive in Learning & Development at ACI Limited since April 2023, where responsibilities include conducting training sessions, analyzing training trends, and overseeing the training calendar and evaluation processes. As a Content Creator on YouTube since June 2021, Md Riyaz engages audiences through original content. Previously, Md Riyaz interned in Talent Acquisition at The ACME Laboratories Ltd., focusing on recruitment processes, and in Safety & Compliance at Akij Resources Limited, where legal compliance and safety awareness were emphasized. Education includes an ongoing MBA in Human Resource Management and a completed BBA in Management from the University of Dhaka, alongside earlier qualifications from Hatimara High School and College.
