Patricia Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Patricia started their career in 1993 as an Interior Plantscaping Sales/Design professional at Orkin Plantscaping, where they stayed until 1998. Patricia then joined SRF, a non-profit organization, in 1998 as an Executive Business Administrator, working directly under the head of Membership Services. In this role, they handled multi-level executive communications, business administration, and also served as a Project Manager and Team Leader. After working at SRF for 12 years, they transitioned to ACI Specialty Benefits in 2012. At ACI, they took on the role of Business Development, where they defined Specialty Benefits in the workplace as a leading provider of EAP, Work/Life, Wellness & Corporate Concierge Programs. Patricia's work at ACI focused on providing value-added solutions to complex problems, enhancing human potential, and increasing personal and organizational productivity.

Patricia Ryan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from California State University, Fullerton, attending from 1976 to 1978.
