Christoph Richter

Christoph Richter is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Head of Business Development MENA at Figment, where responsibilities include leading the company's expansion in the Middle East, Turkey, and North Africa since June 2025. Prior to this role, Christoph co-founded Vol Capital, focusing on market neutral quantitative investment strategies involving BTC and ETH options from January 2024 to March 2025. Between 2016 and 2023, Christoph held a senior management position at MUFG, overseeing fixed income derivatives sales and business development across Southern Europe, DACH, and EMEA Aviation. Previous roles at Barclays Investment Bank and J.P. Morgan included senior sales and business development responsibilities in fixed income derivatives for the Australian, New Zealand, German, and Swiss markets. Christoph holds a Graduado Superior en Ciencias Empresariales from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a Bachelor in Business Administration with honors from Lancaster University.
