Ben Mitchell

Ben Mitchell has extensive experience in the technology and payment processing sectors, with leadership roles spanning several organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Biller Operations at ACI Worldwide since November 2013, Ben plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various regulatory frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering and the Bank Secrecy Act. Additionally, Ben has been with Official Payments since March 2011 as Senior Vice President of Business Architecture, where the unique blend of business and technical skills is leveraged to align organizational objectives. Prior experience includes significant technological leadership at Tier Technologies and EPOS Corporation, contributing to innovations in electronic payment processing and IVR solutions. Ben holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Auburn University.
