Daryl Brown

Daryl Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and application support. Currently serving as a Principal Systems Engineer at ACI Worldwide since August 2007, Daryl manages and supports various Scheduling, Automation, and Monitoring applications in an On-Demand environment, demonstrating strong expertise in UC4 (Operations Manager), MessageWay, and Groundworks/Nagios. Prior to this role, Daryl worked as a Business Analyst at IBT / State Street from August 2003 to August 2007, providing enterprise application support and directly updating bank-wide systems and databases as needed. Daryl began their career as an Outsourcing Team Lead at Politzer & Haney from 1999 to 2003. Educationally, Daryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Amherst College, earned in 1995.
