Denis Okazaki

Denis Okazaki is an experienced executive in product management, strategy, and operations within the fintech and technology sectors. Currently serving as SVP, Head of Product Management and Delivery at ACI Worldwide since October 2025, Denis previously held the position of Chief Product and Strategy Officer at Yazara, managing product development and agile processes. Notable previous roles include Group Executive for Agile Transformation at FIS, Group COO and CIO for a global mobile banking startup, and Global Head of Product at Citi, where Denis pioneered a virtual card product. With a strong background in business development and technology operations across several leading organizations, Denis has a proven track record in driving transformation and delivering innovative solutions in both B2B and consumer markets. Denis holds graduate studies in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC San Diego and a B.A. in Biology from San Diego State University.
