Kaitlin McCoy

Kaitlin McCoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, learning and development, and human resources. Currently serving as the Global Organization Effectiveness Manager at ACI Worldwide since May 2019, Kaitlin leads data analysis to inform company-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational development and employee engagement. Previous roles include Learning Experience Consultant and Associate Learning and Development Consultant at the same organization, as well as Assistant Director of Operations for Volunteer Program Assessment at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Psychology and Organizational Science from Coe College. Throughout the career, Kaitlin has demonstrated a commitment to fostering effective learning environments and improving organizational practices across various sectors.
