Sara Olson

Sara Olson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer communications and project management. Currently serving as the Customer Communications Manager at ACI Worldwide since May 2015, Sara develops messaging and communication campaigns to enhance customer product usage and compliance. Previously, Sara held the position of Senior Project Manager at ACI Worldwide, leading complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Additional experience includes roles such as Marketing Project Manager at CoachComm, Co-Founder of Event Tactical, and various positions within NACCHO and other organizations, focusing on meeting logistics, event planning, and customer advocacy. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Administration with a concentration in Event & Meeting Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Auburn University.
