Shane Blake is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for ACI Worldwide, leading HR teams across multiple EMEA locations since April 2013. Prior roles include Senior Manager and HR Manager, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement within the software and technology sector. Shane's recruitment expertise was further developed at Dell as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and at CPL as a Senior Consultant and Key Account Manager. Shane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Graduate of the MCIPD.
