Lorna Mattis

Lorna Mattis serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the EMEA region at Netflix since March 2021, following a role as Director of Talent EMEA. Prior to joining Netflix, Lorna was the Vice President of Human Resources for EMEIA at Cision and held the position of Group Head of HR at Gorkana, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies across UK and international offices. Lorna’s extensive experience includes strategic HR roles at Aegis Media, Virgin Management Limited, Burberry, The Housing Corporation, Michael Page, and Gap Inc., showcasing a strong background in HR consultancy, operational support, and talent management. Lorna holds a Post-graduate Diploma in HR Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Literary Studies from the University of Bedfordshire.
