Tom Schafer

Tom Schafer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and information technology management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at ACI Worldwide since October 2019, Tom previously held the position of Director of Information Technology at Woodbine Community School District from July 2011 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing physical and virtual servers, Windows domain, Active Directory, and network policies. Earlier in Tom's career, various roles at West Corporation, including GeoTel Systems Administrator and Network Controller, contributed to a well-rounded skill set. Tom holds a High School Diploma from Lewis Central Senior High School and attended Iowa Western Community College from 1993 to 1995.
