Oliver Taylor

VP, Customer Success at Acin

Oliver Taylor is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Acin. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Benefex from March 2020 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for solution design and delivery on the Benefex "Onehub" platform, as well as leading a team of over 80 employees. Under their leadership, the company saw an improvement in NPS scores by 10 points in the latest quarter.

Before joining Benefex, Oliver held various positions at Acin from January 2021 to February 2022. In their current role as Vice President of Customer Success, they are responsible for managing and developing the customer success team, as well as working with clients to ensure they are getting the most out of the Acin platform. Oliver has played a key role in the success of Acin, which has been recognised with multiple awards, including being named one of the "Top 50 SaaS Companies to Watch in 2021" by The Software Report.

Oliver Taylor has a BA (hons.) in Business Studies from the University of Exeter. Oliver also has certification from SuccessHACKER in Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2, and from Litmos by CallidusCloud in Silver badge. In addition, they have certification from The KCS Academy - the Only Authorized Certifying Body for KCS in KCS Fundamentals Certification.
