Jaime Dyer is a seasoned expert in workforce analytics and planning, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at One Model since July 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles at SAP SuccessFactors, where Jaime held several positions from April 2013 to June 2019, specializing in talent, compensation, and analytics strategies across multiple industries. Previously, Jaime worked at Gap Inc. from April 2003 to April 2013, managing teams and consulting on HR systems while driving analytics strategy. With an MBA in Accounting from The University of New Mexico and a BA in Psychology from the University of the Pacific, Jaime combines deep product knowledge with a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
