The positions are based in Iraq/ Basra, and will report directly to Second Line Managers. The roles will be responsible to Builds, leads, and develop a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territories. In addition, you will ensure territories sales performance and execute sales and marketing plans, targets, and budgets within the region sales strategy.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Builds, leads, and develops a highly motivated, achievement-oriented sales team that meet, or exceed sales targets.
Conducts planned field coaching and one to one coaching sessions for the team.
Ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of Acino priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, and key messages.
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers. Proactively address challenges, manage difficult accounts, and serve as a role model for the sales team.
Manage drugstores in way that ensure achieving sales target through building strong relationship with them.
Participating and organizing marketing meetings and events in accordance with Acino Codes of Conduct.
Maintains a presence in the field to follow up on implementation of sales and marketing plans.
Ensure timely team utilization of CRM and its related functionalities as to maintain customer master list, reporting HCPs field engagement activity call and improve productivity.
Working according to Business Ethics procedures and local law, as well as Acino policies and guidelines
Execute any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
Monitor new developments and changes in the marketplace and to anticipate positive as well as negative impact to adapt the business strategy accordingly.
Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with the Drug stores to achieve the sales targets and reliable image of Acino in the market.
The Profile:
High level of experience above 4 years with deep understanding of the Iraqi pharmaceutical market in different roles.
Outstanding people management and leadership ability, including ability to motivate people with different backgrounds and skill levels.
Outstanding level to drive and juggle multiple projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills and influencing ability, demonstrates success in building productive relationships with internal and external customers.
Knowledge of financial principles and how to manage budgets.
Demonstrate experience of successful implementation of tactical plans and achievement of stretch objectives.
Time Management skills.
Ability to work with team & attention to details & Accuracy.
Customer Service oriented & Good Selling, Communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
Good Influential and Negotiation skills.
