Mohamed al-Bashir Aref

Mohamed AL-Bashir Aref, MBA, is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain for Acino in both the GCC and KSA regions since February 2022, Mohamed develops and executes comprehensive supply chain strategies, establishes Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, and fosters effective partnerships with external stakeholders. Previously, Mohamed held positions at AVALON Pharma and AlHaya Medical Company Ltd., focusing on supply chain management and demand planning. With a solid educational background, including an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, and certifications such as the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Mohamed is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational efficiency within supply chains.
