Olena Koval is a Senior BA Analyst in Global IT Delivery at ACINO since August 2019, specializing in the implementation of technical systems and software solutions using the GAMP 5 approach. Previous experience includes roles as a Business Application Analyst at ACINO, an IT Business Analyst at Фармак, where Olena optimized processes for an electronic document management system, and various positions at FUIB that focused on system analysis, technical documentation, and project management. Olena holds a Specialist Degree in Engineering, Computer Technologies/Computer Systems from Donetsk National Technical University and recently completed further education at MIM-Kyiv Business School.
