Rana Omar

Rana Omar is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Specialist at GulfAcino, responsible for the Gulf region, including the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain, since July 2025. Prior to this role, Rana worked at WTW as a Senior Human Resources Specialist overseeing UAE and Saudi Arabia from September 2022 to June 2025, and at Medtronic as a Regional HR Specialist for the same regions from September 2021 to August 2022. Rana's HR experience also includes positions at Allianz as an HR Operations Specialist and at Nagwa, where roles included Technical Recruiter and Recruitment Coordinator, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment and employee relations. Rana holds a Human Resources Foundation Certificate from The American University in Cairo and a Human Resources Diploma from RITI.
