Matthew Blau is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and product development within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Product Quality Engineer at ACIST Medical Systems since August 2013, Matthew specializes in Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) and Intra-Vascular Ultra-Sound (IVUS) product development, risk management, and design controls. Prior roles include Senior Quality Engineer at Entellus Medical and Design Assurance Engineer II at Boston Scientific, where Matthew contributed to various product developments and regulatory submissions while serving as a subject matter expert in risk management and statistical analysis. Earlier experience includes process development at Aveda and an engineering internship at HB Fuller. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
