Imran Salam has over 10 years of work experience in the construction industry. Imran began their career as an Undergraduate Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Sabban Properties Investments where they were responsible for producing cost plans and accurate measurements for Bills of Quantities. Imran also assisted the project team in resolving challenges on a multi-functional tower project.
In 2008, Imran joined Acivico Group as a Commercial Director. In this role, they successfully delivered projects in various sectors including Education, Offices, Housing, Highways, Transport, and Regeneration. Imran managed the Commercial team, overseeing income, productivity, recruitment, and new work streams. Imran is currently working as a technical advisor on the Smithfield Public Realm and Infrastructure project in Birmingham.
Imran Salam is a Chartered Building Surveyor (FRICS) and a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM).
Imran Salam FRICS MAPM completed their Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying at Birmingham City University from 2006 to 2011. Imran then pursued their Master of Science in Quantity Surveying and Mechanical and Electrical Construction at The University of Salford from 2017 to 2020.
