Heidi McVay

Heidi McVay has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Heidi currently serves as the Head of the Joint Commercial Programme at PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider, a position they have held since December 2021. Previously, they worked as the Head of Strategic Commercial Partnerships- Rx and Specialty at the same company from June 2021 to March 2022. Prior to joining PHOENIX group, Heidi worked at PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Ltd where they held various roles including Director of Commercial and Pharma Services from November 2020 to June 2021, and Head of Commercial from December 2007 to November 2020.

Heidi McVay holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from the University of Surrey. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they attended Tadcaster Grammar School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in sociology and economics.
