Martha Fling

Martha Fling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles. As Co-Founder of Amara LLC since September 2019, Martha also serves as President and CEO of the Ackerman Institute for the Family, where strategic vision and excellence in research and clinical programs are prioritized. Martha held the position of Founder and Managing Member at Drake Libby LLC from 2010 to December 2018 and was the CEO of First Point Wealth Management, Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Early career endeavors include serving as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and as Co-Founder and Executive Director at SeaBridge, which provided specialized treatment for adolescents. Martha's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from UCLA.
