Marybeth Jordan, LCSW, has over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy, specializing in couples, families, and individuals. Currently serving as a Couple/Family Therapist and Consultant at Marybeth Jordan, LCSW since 2005, areas of focus include families with adolescents, high-conflict situations, infidelity, and life transitions. As a faculty member at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, Marybeth teaches foundational courses in Family Therapy and provides clinical supervision. Prior instructional roles include lecturing at Columbia University School of Social Work. Earlier career experiences include positions at the Children's Aid Society and Northside Mental Health Center. Marybeth holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, alongside completing a couple and family therapy externship at the Ackerman Institute.
