Erin Thiel, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse background in human resources, ranging from HR administration to compliance monitoring. With experience in companies such as Ackermann Group and The Bank of Kentucky, Erin has handled various HR functions including recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. Erin also has experience in quality assurance and customer service from roles at FedEx Ground and as a Teller. Erin holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Kentucky University.
