Thijs Hoste

Thijs Hoste is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Investment Manager and Group Controller at Ackermans & van Haaren since May 2020, having previously held the role of Investment Associate. Prior to this, Thijs gained valuable experience as an Equity Research Analyst at both Kempen & Co from August 2018 to May 2020 and Degroof Petercam from November 2016 to July 2018. Earlier in the career, Thijs worked as a Consultant in Valuation & Business Modelling within Transaction Advisory Services at EY from October 2015 to November 2016, and as a Public Relations specialist at Capitant Gent from June 2013 to August 2015. Thijs holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering with a focus on Finance from Ghent University, complemented by a Summer School course in Applied Valuation and Securities Analysis from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering from Ghent University.
