Toinette Johannie

Toinette Johannie (du Toit) is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Analyst and Training Specialist at Ackermans since October 2016. Toinette has held various roles in training and development at Ackermans and ADT Security, including the position of Training and Development Manager from November 2014 to September 2016. Previous experience includes a role as Training and Development Practitioner at Ackermans from October 2012 to November 2014, an internship as a Psychometrist at Work Dynamics in 2011, and a position as HR Officer at Power Construction from 2005 to 2008. Toinette holds an Honours BCom in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, obtained between 2007 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in the same field from Stellenbosch University, completed from 2002 to 2004.
