Jennifer Fields

Jennifer Fields has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Delivery Officer at Acklen Avenue, where they lead and mentors a team of 100+ professionals, focusing on achieving consistent growth, excellent client delivery, and sustainable profits. Jennifer is also responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers and ensuring the company's ability to scale without sacrificing quality. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Senior Director of Agile Engagements at Acklen Avenue, where they coached and mentored leadership strategies to enhance Agile client engagement and led software delivery tribes for clients in various industries.

Before joining Acklen Avenue, Jennifer served as an Agile Coach at Apnatomy LLC, where they played a crucial role in re-energizing organizational agility for Nissan Motor Corporation. Jennifer focused on modeling agile principles and servant leadership, prioritizing value delivery, removing organizational-level impediments, and coaching and developing Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Project Managers.

Jennifer's experience also includes being the Director of Application Development at FIS, where they implemented Scrum and created a positive work culture to enhance creativity, productivity, and predictability within the multi-product development group. At IDR Consulting, they successfully rescued two long-running healthcare projects by implementing strong agile planning and development practices, while at FIS Global, they transformed an angry government client into a satisfied and happy client by improving product quality and on-time delivery.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer held various roles such as Senior Project Manager at Tractor Supply Company, Senior Team Lead/Project Manager at Shop at Home, and Director of Development/Senior Project Manager at Digital Reasoning Systems, LLC.

Jennifer Fields started their career in 2000 and their work experience also includes roles such as Manager of Database Development at Evolved Digital Solutions and various positions at Tailor Made Solutions. Overall, Jennifer Fields has demonstrated expertise in agile coaching and delivery, leadership, client engagement, and building and leading high-performing teams throughout their career.

Jennifer Fields attended the University of the Cumberlands from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Data Processing and Computer Programming.
