Andrew Nahum

Andrew Nahum is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate capital advisory and financial markets. Currently serving as Director at Ackman-Ziff since February 2018, Andrew has progressed through various roles including Associate Director and Associate, specializing in innovative commercial real estate financing solutions. Prior to this, Andrew worked at PwC from September 2014 to February 2018 as a Senior Associate and Associate, leading significant RMBS transactions and performing detailed analyses of financial documents. Andrew's early career includes a structured products internship at PwC and a wealth management internship at Morgan Stanley. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
