Catalina Mas Pohmajevic has a diverse work experience starting from 2016 when they worked as an Editorial Intern at Diario Mdz, transcribing and formatting radio interviews for publication. In 2017, they joined Globant as a Corporate Communications Analyst, and later became an Internal Communications Analyst, where they developed internal communications campaigns and promoted organizational culture globally. In 2019, they joined Weber Marking Systems Italia as a Marketing Specialist, where they set up the online sales channel, developed a comprehensive communication strategy, and managed product marketing. In 2022, Catalina worked as a Marketing Analytics intern at Lonza during their Erasmus in Switzerland, where they analyzed complex datasets and implemented improvements in dashboards on Power BI. The same year, they joined Nestlé as a Customer Success Specialist. Currently, Catalina is employed at AKDM as a Senior Digital Intelligence & Analytics Strategist starting from June 2023.
Catalina Mas Pohmajevic completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at UADE from 2014 to 2017. During their time as an undergraduate student, they also participated in an exchange program at Longwood University in 2016, focusing on Communication and Media Studies.
Catalina then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Corporate and Public Communications - Data Analytics for Complex Organizations at Università degli Studi di Milano from 2020 to 2022. Following that, Catalina completed a Master's degree in Computational Social Sciences at the University of Lucerne in 2022.
In terms of additional certifications, Catalina obtained a TOEFL iBT score of 103 out of 120 from The TOEFL test in November 2015. Catalina also obtained certifications in "The fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in March 2019 and "Data Visualization: Storytelling" from LinkedIn in March 2023.
