N'Dea Roberts

N'Dea Roberts has worked in the Human Resources field since 2013. N'Dea began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Major League Soccer in 2013. N'Dea then moved to Professional Access as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Peppercomm and a Human Resources Analyst at Hogarth Worldwide. At Hogarth Worldwide, their responsibilities included managing new hire benefits orientation, enrollments, changes, and terminations, partnering with the Payroll Manager to ensure effective communication between departments, assisting with recruitment of the Trainee Program, generating offer letters, conducting background checks, maintaining the company events calendar, pulling and preparing monthly reports, auditing employee files, posting open positions, and generating offer letters. In 2017, they were a Global Manager, People Operations at Analytic Partners. N'Dea is currently a Group Director, HR and Human Resources Director at akdm.

N'Dea Roberts obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh in 2013. N'Dea then attended La Sorbonne in 2012, studying French and Management. In 2013, N'Dea Roberts earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College. In July 2022, they became a Founding Community Member of LifeLabs Learning.
