Alex Bernier

Alex Bernier is a seasoned professional with experience in various tech support, client success, and information officer roles. Currently, Alex serves as the Director of Client Success & Support at Ackroo, overseeing a team of specialists and managers. Prior to Ackroo, Alex worked at companies such as SOCAN, Moneris Solutions, INKAS Finance, and Beanfield, demonstrating a strong background in providing technical support and client success services.
