Chea Sobin

Chea Sobin is a Volunteer Project Manager at AJF from December 2018 to present. Previously, working as a Construction Manager and AH of Engineering at ACLEDA Bank Plc since November 2007. Sobin holds a Master's degree in Design from SETEC Institute, a Master's degree in Business Administration from The National University of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
