ACLU of Colorado
Lindsey Floyd serves as a Staff Attorney at the ACLU of Colorado since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsey held the position of Legal Fellow at the University of Georgia School of Law First Amendment Clinic from August 2021 to July 2023, focusing on free expression cases and supervising law students. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School, where Lindsey provided legal counsel on wage and hour claims, and as a Legal Case Assistant at Baker Oliver Simpson Law PLLC. Lindsey's early legal internships include work with the Byron R. White Center for the Study of American Constitutional Law, the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado, and the Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University.
