Carla C. serves as the Deputy Director and COO at the ACLU of New Jersey since March 2022, leveraging extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Prior positions include Chief of Staff at the Financial Oversight & Management Board for Puerto Rico and the Foundation for Puerto Rico, as well as a progression of roles at Transportation Choices Coalition, where Carla C. held titles such as Deputy Director and Development and Communications Director. Early career experiences include positions at Whole Foods Market as Marketing Team Leader, INMA as Latin American Division Coordinator, and Cinemark as International Marketing Coordinator. Carla C. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Portuguese from the University of Florida and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Washington.
