Swen Sponagel

Swen Sponagel is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, strategy development, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations at ZFV-Unternehmungen since May 2022, Sponagel oversees a large catering division with over 80 business units and 500 employees. As Co-Founder of NextWeb Butler and a member of Swiss Digital Leaders, Sponagel actively engages in the digital transformation of assets. Previous roles include CEO of Pure Production AG and multiple director-level positions at gategroup, where Sponagel led global initiatives in operational standardization and business development. Holding an Executive MBA in Digital Leadership from HWZ University and a Master's in Marketing from the University of St.Gallen, Sponagel combines strong educational credentials with practical leadership experience.
