Diane DuBrule has extensive experience in development and leadership roles within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Development and previously holding the position of Interim Executive Director at the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey since October 2010, Diane has demonstrated a strong commitment to civil liberties. Prior to this role, Diane worked at YWCA Central New Jersey as the Director of Development and TWIN Program from January 2000 to September 2010. Earlier career positions include Director of Development at Employment Horizons, Inc. (1997-1999), Director of Development at Morris Area Red Cross (1993-1997), and Developmental Editor at Silver Burdett Ginn (1986-1992). Diane holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Non-Profit Management from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in English Literature and Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
