Cynthia Tomm is an experienced development professional currently serving as the Development Director at the ACLU of Ohio since February 2022. With a solid background in fundraising and nonprofit management, Cynthia worked at the National LGBTQ Task Force from May 2016 to February 2022, holding various roles including Chief Development Officer (Interim) and Senior Manager of Major Giving. Prior experience includes serving as Development Manager at the MinKwon Center for Community Action and a temporary position as Advocacy Day Coordinator at LiveOn NY. Earlier in their career, Cynthia also contributed as an Intake Assistant-Foster Care Administrator at the ASPCA. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science in Music/Theatre from Indiana University Bloomington.
