Chloe Kempf is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Staff Attorney and Gallogly Family Foundation Legal Fellow at the ACLU of Texas since September 2022. With experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas from August 2021 to August 2022, and a Law Clerk at the ACLU of Texas, Texas Legal Services Center, and Disability Rights Texas, Chloe has developed a robust understanding of legal issues affecting marginalized communities. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Chloe accumulated valuable experience in sales and customer engagement at Johnson Controls, managing accounts and promoting sustainability solutions. Chloe holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rice University. Additionally, Chloe contributed to education advocacy as a Board Member for Kids-University, a nonprofit focused on helping children in low-income areas complete their education.
